Learn to shoot your vision to shoot sooner

In this video I have targets staggered with short and wide transitions at 7, 10, 15, and 20 yds. I decide how a target is engaged based first on my skill set, then the size, distance and risk associated with the target.

With those things in mind, I can make decisions on the fly as to what aiming scheme I need for each target to make A zone hits. I don’t shoot fast just because I’m close and then slow down because I’m far. I engage the targets in a more strategic way. I can shoot very aggressively even at farther distances.

I shoot my vision. My training, experience and range data tell me what level of confirmation – how little or how refined a sight picture – I need to attack the target.
