POLICIES
SCHEDULING, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
1ST IN values your business and I ask that you respect 1ST IN business scheduling policies.
1ST IN does not offer refunds. If you need to RESCHEDULE, I require 24-hour notice by phone, text or email of your need to reschedule. There will be no penalty and 1ST IN will credit 100% of your registration fee to an upcoming class of your choice if you reschedule with 24-hour notice.
1ST IN recognizes that EMERGENCIES can happen. I require 6-hour notice by phone, text or email. There will be no penalty and 1ST IN will credit 100% of your registration fee to an upcoming class of your choice if you reschedule with 6-hour notice.
LATE CANCELLATION with less than 6-hour notice will result in a penalty of 50% of your class registration fee. The remaining 50% can be applied to the registration fee of an upcoming class of your choice.
NO SHOWS are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. NO SHOWS are defined as students who do not notify 1ST IN via phone, text or email prior to the scheduled class start time to reschedule their training and fail to show up for the class.
Please arrive for training 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of your class to sign waivers.
EXTREME WEATHER AND OTHER UNFORESEEN EVENTS
Circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or unforeseen events arise which may necessitate 1ST IN requiring that a class be rescheduled. 1ST IN will reschedule your class as soon as possible after the original date. No refunds will be given unless the class cannot be rescheduled.
